verifying this. Once received, we will waive the entire fee for your
choice of internet or classroom. You will need to call us in order
for us to provide to you the proper registration before you can
continue this course.

Note: Household Income is the combined sum of all gross
income (before-taxes) of all members living in the household.
Members of the household do not have to be related.
Verification Process:
Qualification for a reduction or waiver of fee requires the debtor
provide proof that they meet the stated requirements defined above.
Verification includes but is not restricted to: Schedule I within
their bankruptcy filing papers, front page of their current tax
return, paycheck stubs, unemployment paper or any reasonable
document reflecting their income. Proof must be provided before you
can continue this course. You may furnish this information via
regular postal mail, fax or email attachments. Once you have sent
this information, please call us so that we can register you for a
time and method convenient to your schedule.
