Take it a step at a time and soon it will all be done.
ATTENTION: Each individual must complete their own registration
and education program. (Married filing joint is TWO individuals)
Step One: Read the "Privacy Notice"

Federal law (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act 1999)
requires that you know your rights and understand how we handle information that we learn about you.
This Privacy Notice meets those requirements and although it may appear to be heavy reading, it is
important that you read and know this information.

Step Two: Read the "Student Disclosure Statement"
|

The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer
Protection Act of 2005 requires that you be informed about who we are and how you can contact us
with your questions and/or concerns. Reading this disclosure statement will tell you more about us
and how we help you.

Step Three: Fill out the Affidavit Form
|
|
Completing this affidavit form isn’t as hard as it
sounds. It consists of your name, address, etc.
Also, if you have an attorney, make sure your
attorney’s information is correct because your
required education certificate depends on it. The
courts can be hard on receiving incorrect
information. Of course your certificate may be faxed
and/or e-mailed to you or your attorney. We don’t
want your information going to the wrong place.

Step Four: How do you want to pay for this course?
|

You have one of three options:
- Online (internet)
Choosing this method gives you a 24/7 convenient way
to take and complete this program. You can, using
your assigned User ID and Password, go in and out of
this program until you are finished. This is a great
help for those with very busy schedules. Of course
for those of you that just want to do it all at one
sitting, have at it. This program is designed to
meet your needs. If you choose to pay by your debit
card, you can have instant access to get started. If
you choose money order or attorney, we will register
you and give to you the access information before
you can start. Usually this is done via your e-mail
address.
