The Pastors role is the most important role in our society today! God has chosen you to be His leader, teacher and shepherd. Most Pastors are very strong in leading their church in knowing God personally and giving the Biblical foundations each individual needs spiritually. However, giving them solid practical instruction and counsel about money and the worlds money system can cause even the most gifted pastor great challenge. Family Life Resources came into being because so many of God’s people struggle with managing money, burdensome debt, understanding credit, over-spending, and giving to support God’s work.

Statistically most church members do not consistently support their church. The impact of this has caused many churches and pastors to suffer. The ministry of FLR is to help individuals and families become better stewards of the financial blessings they have been entrusted with. Countless pastors have utilized this ministry both personally and for their church. (see TESTIMONIES section)

Family Life is a personal financial counseling ministry. Our ministry call is to give hands-on help that will set God’s children free from the bondage of debt, the addiction of wasteful spending, and the enemy’s grip on their God given resources. In our educational programs we demonstrate the benefits of using financial resources to honor God. One of the greatest joys that we have is seeing a family that has been torn apart by mismanaged finances come together in harmony and rediscover financial and spiritual unity. Setting people free so that God can use them is what we do everyday. (MISSION STATEMENT)

FLR is different in that God has literally used us to help:

• church families learn Gods financial principles(CROSSING OVER, FINANCIAL TEN COMMANDMENTS)
   
• congregations see how the enemy easily traps many families into financial distress and what they can do about it (SERMONS, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS)
   
• pastors start teaching about money with AUTHORITY

Pastor, FLR counseled over 100 ministerial staff members last year and 2500 plus families. When they called they needed more than a word of encouragement, they needed action and they got it! We have many services and programs that can make a real difference in churches and people lives.
